Since I live in Illinois, it may take 20-25 minutes.. I'll have to take my helicopter.

...unless of course this happens. Not my fault i'm narcoleptic lol

    Way to deflect!

So do you not admit the delay of game blunder is on Munchak? Things like that and sending 10 men out on defense 2 consecutive plays shouldn't happen in the NFL. And they don't, except here, because we're pathetic.

Oh so now you're excluding clock management from the Coaches duties as well. What exactly does Munchak do then?

Because according to you he DOES NOT:

    -Get the players mentally ready
-Ensure the right personnel is on the field at all times
    -Handle Clock Management
    -Evaluate Talent/Personnel decisions
    -Instill any discipline

We know he doesn't call offensive or defensive plays, So maybe he is just eating his lunch on the sideline?

All I'm saying is what the article said. Both he and the OC said the play was in. But, even if he blew it, it's pretty insignificant in the level of blunders we saw yesterday.

Again, you like putting words in my mouth. But that's nothing new. But let's address each of these...

If players screw up, it means they were unprepared mentally or just suck? 7-8 drops. Penalties. Turnovers. Reynaud making fair catches on his own 5. But let's blame Munch.

Right personnel? Give me an example of who is on the bench who needs to be on the field.

Clock management? We don't know who was at fault in that particular play and it's not like it is something which is common. Sure, the 10-man thing was stupid and I believe Munch accepted blame there. But it's not like it has happened since.

Evaluate talent? Example, please. Munch isn't the GM.

Discipline? Like yank Babs off the field multiple times? Again, examples would be nice instead of generalizations.

Seriously, if you want to blame the coaches for yesterday's loss, then why would you say in another thread...

Want a little syrup with that waffle?

Coaches taking the heat for Locker not paying attention to a play clock.

Its like you guys dont even remember the play... and read a headline... and just start complaining.

I remember the play. And while MM should have called a timeout when he noticed the play wasn't going to get off in time. I think it's Locker's responsibility as the leader of the offense to watch the play clock, and call a TO instead of moving them back 5 yards. JMO. And I'm not hating on Locker, I like him, but I see QB's on other teams calling a TO to avoid the penalty, why couldn't he?

Let's not blame Munch for Reynaud calling a fair catch on the 5. But why not blame Munch for sending him back out there??? This is EXACTLY what I've been preaching for some time now. Munch doesn't make adjustments!!! How many players were benched yesterday for dropping passes? Whiffing on tackles? I didn't see any. Munch doesn't make adjustments.

I was referring to his team sending 10 players on the field for consecutive plays.

What was he doing when the delay of game happened? Enjoying the sideline view of an NFL game? He's the damn coach, he should have had his eyes on the clock and called a timeout. Don't make excuses.

So munchak has no say in who we draft or sign via free agency?

Really? Who you want back there? Hawkins is inactive. You blame Munch for Reynaud's blunders but imagine how you'd feel if he put in someone else who doesn't have return experience and he muffs the punt.

Google "Mouton Titans Jets" for a good example of how that worked out for Fisher.

Munch's job is to tell the GM what positions he needs to upgrade. I'm sure he shares opinion with the GM but, ultimately, the scout's/GM's sole job is to bring in the talent.

I can respect an opinion where someone may feel the Titans need new leadership. But what I find misguided is the level you and others feel the coach has to the play we are seeing on the field. We dump Palmer because the offense sucks. Loggains and the legendary Tom Moore step in and, guess what? The offense sucks.

I'm surprised you are not calling for their heads.

Loggains and Moore had what? 5 days to get settled? And since when is Tom Moore legendary?

If Munchak is fielding a team that isn't set at the PR position, that's on him as well. I find it hard to believe Reynaud is the only one taking reps in practice and if he is then that's another knock against Munchak.
