79 draft class was better than 04. Joe Montana and Phil Simms trump Big Ben and Eli.

rg3 will have a great career....as long as the stupid redskins coaches don't get him killed.

    luck is really really good.

It has to be the 1983; no other class comes close. You have 3 HoF QB's (two of which are top 5 of all time) and another really good guy in O'Brian.

Obviously the 83 class but for the sake of discussion I think the 2012 class might go down as the 2nd best, passing 2004. People always talk about the 2004 class but Rivers is one of the more overrated QB's in the NFL, ELi has done a nice job, and Big Ben has a couple rings but pretty sure the defense bailed him out both times and he's had some off the field issues that you can count or not count, personal opinion really.

When you look at Luck and RG3 these guys were two of the more highly touted QB's to come out in years (especially Luck) so what we're seeing so far isn't just beginner's luck or some rookie hype these two are here to stay. Luck is a very good QB who could one day be a top 5 QB in the NFL and Griffin has the ability to snag a couple MVP awards on his way to a Super Bowl...or handful just depending if the Redskins screw it up. Tannehill is solid, Wilson might be the answer in Seattle, and Weeden is already on his way to the retirement home. So a solid class but not sure any class will ever beat the 83.

2012's will fade out. Andrew Luck isn't going to be anything special with his mastery of dink and dunk.

RG3 will be the lone standout of that group in a few years.

Only questions with RG3 will be if he can physically continue the college stuff into his later years.
