Players we should trade for?

    With the NFL Trade Deadline approaching I've been wondering/thinking about what players could really make an impact for us as we try to get back to .500 and hopefully make a playoff run.

    I feel that we really could use a big time player at LB, DL, or DB. I know it's highly unlikely that we would make any moves but I still always love the play the what if game.

    Who would you really like to see us make a move for?

    I can tell you right now, Munchak will NOT be trading for anyone, he likes how the team is looking right now, he's even considering letting Hass stay at QB so that he doesn't mess anything up.

    I agree that that's his thinking but for kicks I'm wondering who would be some guys that would be worth making a move for.

    I doubt the Chargers would trade him within the conference but Shaun Phillips would be a nice pass rushing do it all LB that could help us in the second half of the season. Especially considering our LB situation.

    I'd love to try for a big bodied RB. Jamie Harper is not the answer. Maybe Pittsburgh wants to move Jonathan Dwyer. Once Mendenhall and Redman get healthy, Dwyer won't see the field. He's also leaving them next year, so maybe they get a pick for him before losing him for good.

    The Lions 3rd RB Joique Bell is another strong RB I'd like us to have. He's also buried on the depth chart and will be a free agent next year. maybe Detroit helps us out... The NFL is a relationship league after all, and we have some former Titans up there.
