We make the playoffs last year if we start locker against the colts. Hurt players do not give you the best chance to win. Why we have hasslebeck let him start till it heals. This team is in a must win situation or this could get really ugly really fast.

I don't think you understand... You still need both shoulders. It is extremely painful to even move the shoulder after this injury. He has to take snaps, make handoffs, and have full flexibility with this arm, to be a good QB. There's a reason you don't find many 1 handed QBs out there.

Your quote, clearly spoken from someone who has never had a separated shoulder.

Locker needs to sit for awhile. Doesn't make him a wimp. If he's in a sling today, he'll be out for a few weeks, I'm guessing, at least.

Yeah your right. An ankle or a broken sternum is not important for a qb.

McNair never had a broken ankle or sternum, stop making things up.

Do you think it was smart of McNair to play like that? He was probably high as a kite and numb from all the drugs they shot him up with so he could play like that. Unless it's the super bowl, I wouldn't applaud someone putting their health in jeopardy like he did.

He paid the price of a shortened career for it. He stunk it up his last few Titans seasons, and was OK at most with the ravens because he ragged himself out in the early 2000s. He was reckless, which is admirable, yet not a smart move.

The coaches made a good call in keeping him out. Young QB who needs to be here for the next 10-15 years, not the next 3 quarters. Especially with a veteran who should have stepped in and kept the game close. That is what Hass is still here for. No sense in risking Locker's health.

I just hate how these players go for the major wow factor hits. That was unnecessary to tackle Locker high, and slam him down. Should have grabbed him around the waist & pulled him down. Easy sack. Props to Goodell for trying to put the hammer down on the bounty culture in the NFL.

You really think an opponent of his is going to take it easy on him? Knocking QB's out of games is the goal.

We would've been loving it if we put that hit on a QB.

    It was clean.

Terrible thread. The dude already played 2 games with a separated shoulder. That sounds pretty tough to me.

I've dislocated my right shoulder twice and I can't imagine trying to play football in a month, much less a week.

Man, that's what I am talking about. It's too bad it has to be like that.
