If we find ourselves getting a top 5 pick, it won't be Barkley or any other QB. Locker convinced me of that today. Winning in spite of your running back is near impossible for a young QB.

If our season finds itself in the crapper; go ahead and get your Lattimore jerseys.

I expect the post game speech week 16 to go something like this:

Munchak: "Ok, everyone coming back for training camp next year stand up.."

    *Everyone stands up*

    ...."Hold on there CJ."

Why the obsession with Lattimore on this board? The guy has no explosion and doesn't change gears at all. Steve Spurrier also seems intent on running him in to the ground before he makes it to the NFL.

TBH, I don't really like him either. But I figured he contrasted best with Barkley so... yeah.

I don't really like Barkley either. He has a good arm and is smart.

But he also has an NFL caliber offense with him playing against his cupcake Pac-12 schedule.

If he can't win those games easily, I would be a little hesitant to pick him.

Because Bud loves paying a guy oodles of cash to the worst RB in the league?

Unlike VY, who despite his suckiness still won games, I don't think CJ would be a tough sell.

Heck, if there are GMs like Kaeotik, we might actually be able to trade him.

For a washing machine, I don't even care.

RB's need not be taken in the 1st round anymore, they are a dime a dozen frankly. RB's taken after round 1 since 2006:

    Maurice Jones-Drew
    Michael Bush
    Ahmad Bradshaw
    Matt Forte
    Ray Rice
    Jamaal Charles
    LeSean McCoy
    Ben Tate
    DeMarco Murray

Those are just some of the ones that stuck out to me, needless to say with all the help we need on this team, RB can be addressed outside of the 1st round.
