Locker is too young to be Captain imo.

Michael Griffin doesn't lead vocally or physically, so the only thing remotely "captain" about him would be the C patch on his jersey. He's not a leader.

I bet they make a statement with one of the quieter guys like Roos, then on D it'll be McCarthy or Wimbley. I don't know about Jake being a Captain his first year, unless he really takes the reigns these next 2 weeks.

WRs don't get to be Captains! it's just one of those things.

I agree, but Nate is a good leader on offense as well.

QB's are supposed to be the leader of the team so I see no problem with Locker being a captain. Nate Washington is a captain as well. For defense, McCarthy and Wimbley.

Captains are vocal and really good leaders. Locker may be young but from all reports they say he's very vocal and shows leadership attributes.

On defense it has be McCarthy. Griff isn't vocal enough.

I wouldn't have a problem with Nate having a C. He's shown leadership and he plays his arse off.

QB always needs to be the main leader on offense imo, but Nate is a good locker room presence especially for our young WR group.

Unless you're Rex Ryan and think it's a good idea to make Santoni Holmes one....

I'm sure some WR's are captains, right off to bet i remember seeing the "C" on Andre Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald

Nate Washington is most deserving on offense. Dude was a warrior last year
