Probably because he hasn't seen a whole lot of NFL playing time.;)

Just because he doesn't throw many picks doesn't make him Aaron Rodgers. Why does he have to be Aaron Rodgers or Tim Tebow. Is there no in between? He's a good QB for where he is in his career right now, and he has a lot of upside. He's able to move the ball down the field and provide explosive plays while still protecting the ball. What more can you ask from the guy right now? He's got some growing to do, but even Aaron Rodgers wasn't "Aaron Rodgers" his first year. QBs get better with experience, and Locker will do the same. I like where he's starting out. Looks like he's a little bit ahead of the curve considering he's entering his first NFL start ever.

Agreed. Not sure how that doesn't fit in with "good, just got lucky so far."

QBs don't regularly throw 120 passes and only get 1 picked off. I think he's a good QB and can get better, but his lack of INTs is more about circumstance to me than him really being that good. Hence why I personally chose "good, just got lucky so far."

All of the choices imply that he doesn't look good...And I'm pretty sure there are more than 3 explanations to the question.

You guys are some serious homers if you think Locker has that strong of an arm. Its real strong, but nothing has made me drop my jaw, get real.

Throws a ball so hard that defenders can't pick him off, think before you type:chairwack:

    What he said. ^^^^
It seems like you're implying that there is hardly any skill involved in the lack on INTs. I think his number of interceptions has a lot to do with the way Locker takes care of the ball and makes it a point to not give the defenders an opportunity to make a play on the ball. There is some luck involved, but no more than there is with any other QB in the league.

You are judging from a real small sample size as well, I think luck has more to do with it than people realize. Not that I think he is going to be throwing 16 picks a season, because he hasn't been throwing them in camp, but interceptions are just part of the game. And he will throw his fair share when he starts running the show.

So you're saying he's throwing on a level that you'd expect only 1 interception out of 120 passes? That he hasn't had sub-50% completion passing games? He's not awfully eye-catching as a QB, and doesn't put up numbers you'd expect with a QB who hasn't thrown a pick in over 100 throws, 66 of which in the regular season.

So yes he could be that good, but he certainly doesn't SEEM that good considering how dismal some of his other numbers have come up.
