A question for you Batman nerds:

Tom Wilkinson was cast as Carmine Falcone in Batman Begins. Is this character in lieu of Kingpin?... or is he actually Kingpin? IMDB credits Liam neeson as being Ducard and Ken Watanabe as Ra's Al Ghul, which as we all know is false and misleading. Given the Nolan version's nods to graphic novels without the over-the-top comic book costumes, weapons and abilities- and considering that there was a printed comic storyline in which Kingpin is forced to align with Ra's Al Ghul to destroy NYC- could Wilkinson's Falcone be a way to subtly include Kingpin into a storyline already crowded with rogues?

I don't think so, it is possible, but I am just under the impression that the Falcone family has kind of taken over.

Falcone is kinda the DC version of Kingpin who is a Marvel character who has appeared in crossover stories like the one above.

The movie version of Falcone is pretty much the same as the comic version.
