You took one comment from a talking head that has to evaluate all 200+ picks that are taken in the NFL draft who doesn't have the time to concentrate on individual players, a couple of YouTube videos, and the opinions of a few fans and made your decision.

I ask my OLB's to play loose, a FS role if you will. A player will be out of position a lot of the time playing that way. What did his coaching staff ask of him? You don't know.

Was he apathetic because of what was going on at UNC the entire year? Maybe. I don't know. I didn't interview him. Who did? Oh yeah.
