Actually I hope Tannehill falls and falls badly. Sitting at 20 we could get some calls to get ahead of the Browns at 22. We could be in a perfect situation to pick up some serious additional picks.

Didn't think of that... Maybe the Dolphins would look for a "Tim Tebow like Trade". Broncos traded a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th with the Ravens (who were pick #25) for Tebow.

The Dolphins have the 42nd, 72nd, and 73rd pick of the draft. Would they trade us #42, #72, and #73 for #20?

That would leave our draft with...

    #42
    #52
    #72
    #73
    #82

    All in Rounds 2 & 3.

I have no clue why some of you want us to take Poe. He's not a good football player. Neither is Gilmore.

I'll agree with you on Poe, but Gillmore is a very good player. Would be very happy with him. Poe is a workout wonder.

I'm glad people think Gilmore is good, cause maybe some team will draft him leaving a good player for us to choose from.

    That would be ideal.

Well I've seen plenty of him to know that Gilmore is a very good DB

As a Vol fan, it sickens me to advocate taking a Bama player (Hightower) in the first, and a damn former Gator (Jenkins) in the second, but hey, if we draft vols, we will become worse than cleveland, so...

I could see that if we already had a bunch of thug cancer types around, but we don't. Our roster is squeaky clean. I'm cool with taking one bad apple, IF the staff believes he is repentant and determined to straigten up. It's having a bunch of them like Cincy did that it becomes a problem.

Quite frankly, with Jenkins we have a barfight and a couple weed busts. The former happens, and the latter... well, teach the dummy how to detox and move on. With his talent, the second round is a steal. That guy, and the corners we have, and CB is a stregnth of this team for years to come.

Who else you gonna take in the second who has that kind of impact?

Great post I could see this happening. With the rookie salary teams are more willing to make trades. I feel like this draft class has very few stand out players. No Pat Petersons' Aj greens', or Aldon Smiths'. Id rather have alot of second and third round picks to fill holes. We have better luck with players in later rounds lately

Many pepole associate us still with Pacman Jones, and rightfully so. YY has been a bit of a punk as well, let's not forget that. We've had our share of headcases along the way, and what have they done; divided the locker room and eventually were released?

The bar fight he was in was gang related, he's had weed busts and reports are he kept smoking throughout College. He also has 4 children from 3 different women. That says something about a persons character and none of it is good. Personally I think he'd be a waste of a 2nd round pick and I believe the F.O. has learned it's lesson from Pacman and now values character among almost all other traits.

He will never be a Titan in fact, if we do draft him, I'll wear a Steelers hat for the rest of the year! And that would be one of the worst punishments I could imagine.
