I can't wait to make my first trip to Nashville for a home game. Not this coming season (gonna go to the Titans-Bills game in Buffalo again since it's so close), but most definitely next season!

I see that the Eagles lost their starting OT Peters. We should trade them Amano and tell them he can play T.

We give them Amano, they give us Samuel.

Unless we go zone 95% of the time, we don't want Samuel.

I'll trade Amano for a bootleg copy of John Carter.

If players chose teams based on local, then Miami wouldn’t be in such a crappy situation. I mean how can players say NO to Miami??? Awesome city, team with a history, and no state tax! Flynn had the chance to come here and be the face of a franchise that is in desperate need. He could have been a hero!!! …but instead he chose a freezing wet city where the sun comes out twice a year! How bad do you have to F things up so players choose NOT to come here?!?!?!

I’d say it’s about the money and team management.

Btw… should we start another thread to talk about cities?

Miami is slowly becoming like the Browns. Poorly run and little to no hope for the future.

    1. Nashville's rock scene is garbage. Sorry... "Punk"? Didn't know the genre still existed, but great rock bands usually go to Atlanta and skip right over us every time.

    2. Yes. I like Bruno Mars. Yet... look at the "what are you listening to" thread. I like tons of various types of music. From mainstream to indie. Hip-Hop to doo-wop.

But you being on the "that guy is popular so he must suck!" doesn't make you seem like you know music- actually the opposite. If you can't see that Bruno Mars is a talented artist/songwriter/vocalist/musician, you haven't done your homework. Sorry.

    3. Musicians living here means absolutely nothing for the scene. Nothing at all.
I could easily ask you about why Kings of Leon want nothing to do with Nashville... who cares?

What great local bands are from Nashville that still play here?... *crickets*... Name more than 3 and you're doing really well.
    4. Our music scene sucks unless you love country or crap cover bands.

    I like neither. So...

I don't think I remember a rapper going to Nashville.

    Um...

Decline in production? Maybe his Inge declined last year, but he excelled in the most important stat...qb rating against with only revis better. So you see declining production when he actually had one of his best seasons.

Also, why would play him at nickel? Aside from the money issue, the eagles discovered none of their big time qb's is as good in the nickel spot. Plus, unlike finnegan he's a poor tackler. in addition, we don't want to lessen his ability since in coverage he's better than all the CB's we have. Put verner in the slot.

    Um...

Its the opposite buddy. Slower players have to work inside at slot because they have more congestion and a s over the toP to help. It's the outside guys who are put on an 'island.' if you run a cover 2 predominantly, you can have slower corners on the outside and inside. The deep zones are covered by the 2 safeties and a lb.

Verner would be the slot guy as Samuel plays better on the outside and mccourty is both faster than verner and a starter last year.
