No one is ever right about their projections, nothing ever surprises me on draft nights anymore. I do think your right but I kinda hope we just go BPA on defense which means we probably won't go DL, then DL in the 2nd, and then fix the OL in the 3rd and 4th.

If the draft was like this...

    1st: Kirkpatrick/Jenkins/Kuerchly/Hightower/Barron
2nd: Top DE/DT (only DT if Thompson is there or someone falls from 1st)
    3rd: OG/C
    4th: OG/C

That would be a very good draft imo

Oh- and I think we have a bigger need at S than CB.

If the Titans sign Jamaal Anderson, look for a DT to be the first pick (Brandon Thompson) followed by more O line help and a speedy cb/kr , the DE rotation would be set, no need to overdraft on one position when it's obvious a good speedy wr is needed along with a safety.

Gotta agree with you here Deuce. Not a big Nick Perry fan and still unsure about Coples. I'm good with either Mercilus or Branch at the DE position. I'm still hoping for DeCastro, but I doubt he's there. I think we go best DE available that fits our scheme. Pass rush is how you win games/championships in this league which is something we obviously didn't have last year.

If we manage to sign Jackson(C) and Porter(CB). I would like to see us trade down.

honestly I'm leaning toward the trade down option. I'm not impressed with the DL talent that will be around when we pick. And I already know management is too scared to pick any player with immense talent AND some baggage. Trade down, stockpile some picks and hopefully we can strike gold again like last year.

I want nothing to do with Brockers honestly. I know he's projected to go way before 20 in most drafts, but still don't want him at all.
