The front office not addressing the Dline in any manner so far is criminal...we may lose Jones, which would make an average Dline even worse...I just don't get the thinking...the only way to stop the passing games in today's game is to pressure the QB a la the Giants....Derrick Morgan has been a total bust, Ball is gone, who the hell else do we have at DE? Horrible, horrible situation

We spend the first on and end, and maybe even our second depending on who is still there.

I think most of other positions have enough depth to justify waiting until the later rounds. Obvious, this is out biggest need. I will be worried if it still has not been addressed after the draft.

    It's Peyton Manning's fault.

I really thought we were going to go after Abraham, but we had to leave all of that cap space open for whatever Peyton asks/demands.

I'm nervous about the d-line too. I bet we go end/tackle with at least the first 4 picks. Nothing is a more glaring need right now. I just don't see how we can expect to rush the passer with mainly rookies on the d-line.

If we get Peyton I'm sure we will have cap space left over to sign a few decent D-lineman..

We still have 7 picks in the draft as well...

Peyton Manning can mask a lot of the holes we have just by keeping the defense off the field with lengthy drives and scoring a lot of points.

I wouldn't label Morgan a total bust. He could have a breakout year next year. I know that sometimes it takes these younger players some time to start performing at a high level. Look at Jared Cook.

I'm used to over-reacting on this forum but FFS, this is getting ridiculous. Thread after thread complaining about hypotheticals and hunches.

NEWS FLASH: Free agency isn't over. And we still have the draft coming up.

We could end up going DL with our first two picks in the draft. We could end up going C in the 1st and DE in the 2nd. Can we please wait until FA and the draft are over and done with before we start crying?

This is a sign of great things to come in the future.

We never looked at any top free agents. This year, we've looked at the best QB and three top notch o-linemen. Complete opposite of the Fisher era.

I have always been under the impression that IF we signed Williams/Abraham, that we would still go DL in the first.
