Figured Mike Martin would beast. He's this year's Brandon Graham... but probably the same knocks will be used against him.

    Strongest guy in college football.

Joe Adams had a great game. He had a early fumble but fought back and picked up alot of YAC with every catch. Im not positve but I think he had like 6 for about 100yds. Showed good heart by battling back from the early fumble on the first drive

His performance in the game reminded me of Mardy Gillyard from a few years back. Had a great senior bowl at WR. But now, if I remember correctly he's not even in the league. Not saying Adams won't do well at the next level, but that senior bowl performance isn't always an indicator of how a player will do in the league.

Also, I thought Jake had a terrible senior bowl last year but he looked great in the games he played.

Lol odd you say that, I was a super graham fan also.

Grahams knock was shorts arms at 31 inches, but dude has stuuuupid high motor, size wise comparable to Melvin Ingram. Ingram doesn't show up to my eyes like Graham did.

Martin has 31-3/4 inch arms and is a DT not an end. A lot of the things that make klug good- (hands, leverage, wrestling background) are what make Martin so good, but stronger and is an undersized but legitimately physical NT. He would be a monster as an UT beside Casey playing nose, they would have to pick their poison which they wanted to double... Ugly idea for an offensive line.

Adams will have to prove he can beat press and still get a good release. The senior bowl is a very simple defense scheme, cover 3 (zone) or cover 1 (man) no blitz, so basic fundamentals for the WR and QBs. I think a lot of the reason Adams showed so well was because he created the best chemistry in practice with the qbs. Does that mean he will be mardy g? No, it's wait and see, scouts will further their film on him to see if they thought it was a fluke or if he can be a legit slot guy in the league.

Adams is intriguing to me cus of that ridiculous punt return he had for a TD during the season. He isnt worth a high pick but the guy reminds me of Victor Cruz with his ability to rack up YAC. Gilyard came from a spread system didnt really know the route tree where as Adams comes form a more pro style system. would like to see him run at the combine.
