Zach Brown is one of the fastest linebackers to come out of the draft, Ayers is kind of the slow side and with the type of athletic tight ends coming out of this league we need a guy like Brown to cover them.

Another guy I been high on in the first round is Barron, for his physical play. With the lack of safeties with Armstrong and McDonald going back to school Barron won't be available in the second for us, we are picking late in the second so its going to be harder to get one of the guys falling out of the first.

I would be very surprised if Coples fall to us to the 20th pick, and i'm not certain on any of the other DE in this year class at 20, however it is a need maybe things will change once the combine comes and senior bowl.

What world are you living in? We have a 0% chance of getting MW. Also, I wouldn't let Griffin go. He was a first round pick and I think that Babineaux is the one on the move. You want to start a 3rd round safety in the NFL day one? Good luck.

We have a chance, just not a good one. Houston has to resign Arian Foster, Chris Myers (starting/underated center), and Mario Williams. That's alot of money. Mario deserves the money, and will likely want a 4-3 team. Titans HAVE cap space this year, and need a pass rush. Maybe Mario would look at the Titans if HOU moves on from him.

I would let Griff go. I think he'll want money, and he doesn't deserve it. He's very inconsistent, soft, average tackler, and average at coverage. Why does he deserve a payday, that i'm sure another team will give him? When was the last time Griff made an impact play? 2009? I feel like his price will be high, and knowning the Titans, we'll move on. Babineaux will be much cheaper, and is 'good enough' to start... i hate saying that. And yes, i'm starting a 3rd round safety day one. Henry is very smart, and can pick up the game quickly, he has NFL size. Morgan Burnett was a 3rd rounder in '10, and started then got hurt lol.

For once, I'd like to weight out every option before letting Griffin go. We need to LOCK down a GOOD, STARTING safety first. We can't go with the usual ramblers that come in from the street. It's an important position and it needs to be addressed ASAP in the event of him hitting free agency...not through the draft. If he is let go and we choose to fill the hole via the draft, it needs to be first or second round talent. EVEN THEN we need to get a veteran FA who can play while the youngster gets his wits about him.

I'm so tired of our team picking up the Witherspoons and the Babineaux's (spelling?). We need to get a guy that can lock down the position.

I actually don't see any upgrades over Griffin. Landry but I doubt we throw the money at him.

Griffin not being on the field is an upgrade. Having 11 guys who are willing to tackle the ball-carrier is better than having 10.

henry is a solid safety just so much talent at other positions pushes him farther back in the draft....and just because hes a 3rd round mocked talent doesnt mean he wont be good, great or even a bust....arian foster is a perfect example....you dont really know what your going to get until you have him in the system...

    Kiper's First mock is out...

I know I can't post it all, but here's the pertinent bit (FWIW of course)...

    20. Tennessee Titans
    Nick Perry, DE, USC
He started as a freshman at Southern Cal, and it's because he is just a natural pass-rusher. This season, he added to his repertoire, and he can help a team early as a pass-rushing specialist in a 4-3 defense. Tennessee's pass rush was really bad this season; the Titans got to opposing quarterbacks on just 4.52 percent of drop-backs, a rate that was 31st in the NFL. Perry probably could add some bulk to his frame, but his instincts as a pass-rusher are in place and the Titans certainly need the help.
