Would the Titans have won either of their last 2 games without CJ?

I don't think he would have performed at this level in the opener regardless.

The O-line performing better these last few games too.

Maybe not, BUT come on...he absolutely laid an egg in game 1. He had no idea about the new offensive scheme, and was out of game shape.

Four weeks of preseason would have definitely helped...don't you think?

 

I am happy that he is finally producing, but this thread was obviously created as a response to the playoff thread, so they were linked from the start.

I do think that a silver lining is that, since he really did not run much for the first 8 weeks, he has very fresh legs at this point of the season. This will serve to help us in the stretch run.

 

Exactly. 2 points fellas. We lost by 2 friggin' points. One big run (or a series of 'okay' ones) to get us in field goal range would've made all the difference in the world.

 

I am not whining about it...I am just stating a fact. The question was asked in the other thread....I (and others) correctly answered it, then you created this thread to further the discussion...so don't lecture me about rooting for the team. I would not be on this thread if YOU did not create it...

 

Can't wait till we play a decent run defense he averages 2 yards per carry and kaoetik and thesurething blame it on the oline again.
