    Palko's biggest need right now is an o-line upgrade. It doesn't help that he has no talent receivers out there running routes at half speed and purposely not catching perfect throws. That locker room is divided, with one side being content with mediocrity and the other wants to be the best in the league.

    Lock up Palko to a 6 year 65m contract, and clean house.
