Based on past years, perhaps. This year they won in Jacksonville for the first time in ages, and beat the Seahawks (first win on the west coast since 2003). They're 3-1 on the road this year.

Yes, obviously, you can argue that both of those are pretty weak teams, but my point stands that this is a new Bengals team. Don't judge them off of the team you've known for the past decade. The kids they have now are too young and dumb to have any idea what this team has done in the past.
