It takes a while to get used to it is all. So when people start playing when it first comes out some people do the cheap noob-toob stuff, and others get frustrated with it and quit- then complain forever more about how it's just for noobs when they could have just simply used a riot-shield and killed them.

Kinda like the shotguns in gears of war now. The sawed off is overpowered like crazy. Every crappy player uses it- but if you just keep your distance, it wont matter.

    Again, all preference though.

I don't play "team" oriented styles anyway. I run the opposite way of my team and try to kill the opposing team by myself by flanking.

Not surprised. I'm a huge gaming collector for the past 20+ years and have many games that would be more obscure.

Xenoblade to me is the best game I played this gen.

Well it's hard to describe. It's kinda RPG but not really.
It takes place after the world has ended and you play as a boy seeking out any other human life in the world after his grandfather passes away. He finds a girl but for some reason she runs away. So the whole time you try and find her in this haunted earth of upset confused spirits. Mostly exploring a decaying city in Japan and often when finding trinkets you get to hear the stories of memories attached to these trinkets by the former living owner. It's very emotionally moving story from start to finish.

Xenoblade is just the latest RPG from Monolith famous for Xenogears on Psone & Xenosaga series on PS2.

    1. Blast Wind (Sega Saturn, JPN)
    2. Panzer Dragoon Saga (Sega Saturn, US)
    3. Radiant Silvergun (Sega Saturn, JPN, also on XBLA now though)
    4. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (PC, Xbox)
    5. Mmm... either Panzer Dragoon (Sega Saturn), Shinrei Jusatsushi Taromaru (Sega Saturn), Final Fantasy VI (SNES), Final Fantasy IV (SNES), Secret of Mana (SNES), or Batsugun (Sega Saturn). Hard to pick between those.
