Nobody is talking about firing him. We have some concerns about his contributions during games. Who would not be concerned after the effort the last 2 games?

I'd add with a week in between to diagnose and correct the breakdown after the Pittsburgh breakdown.

And the run game/blocking has been shoddy ALL season.

Sorry guys, if this didn't raise an eyebrow you're really trying your best to ignore what was seen there.

I won't bash him for it, but that does worry me.

Think if your boss walked around the office and that's how he acted. What would you think?

Me: Sorry, boss... no sales this month.
    Boss: Wow...
Me: I haven't made any calls tough that could be the problem.
Boss: We're not really this bad, are we?
Me: Yeah, looks like we're going to be bankrupt soon.
    Boss: Oh boy.

... He seemed like a casual fan in that clip. Like the fan that isn't really passionate enough to get upset about his team's bad performance- but looking around at others knows he should act like things aren't good.

All it takes to accept this is winning though. I'd compare him to Belichick, but then again B looks concerned and seems upset when his team stinks. Not so much the "Ah shucks... what are we to do?" demeanor Munch displays.

Is it that big of a deal? No.

    Does it worry me? Absolutely.

I don't think you have to shout at pro-athletes to make them work... but c'mon Mike. Give us something to show you care about what's going on.

I'd settle for some adjustments or some display that the problems are being identified, addressed and corrected.

Gotta agree, to come out and say he's not even contemplating changing O-Line perssonell had me a little miffed and this passionless display certainly does not help.

Munchaks got his own motto "If it's broke.... don't try to fix it"

This. As concerning as that was to watch, firing him solves nothing and I'm going to cut him some slack because he is acting pretty much like a first time head coach. The man deserves to stay for at least the remainder of the season and then be evaluated.

I know that I need to sell and I'm going to do a better job if he is calm than if he is screaming and chewing on his tie.

    Wow. That was just sad.

Don't get me wrong, calm and collected is a great quality in a coach. But when you're getting your @$$ handed to you that bad and you show ZERO emotion and have ZERO solutions, yeah it's pretty troubling. It's not so much his "lack of fire" that's so concerning to me. It's the fact that he appears in WAY over his head.

But as they say winning cures everything. Maybe he will right the ship. I sure hope so. Because I think we're stuck with him for at least 2 seasons. However, a couple more lopsided losses like these past two games and I could see him being one and done.

erriely reminding me of the slide that got fishface.

each loss was harder and harder too take, and then BAM! 59-0 in the snow of NE. Pats looked like they were playing football in a dome and the Titans looked like they were playing in Antarctica
