im a bit worried... we lost before the bye week last year and it soon snowballed to that losing streak.....

on the other hand... we don't have a D coordinator that refuses to change his scheme nor a silly fisher depth chart....

WOW on 4th down Schuab threw an incomplete pass but the Raiders committed a personal foul.

I gave more examples than just the sideline thing, but please focus solely on that by all means.

I just picked the most plausible of your points, since pretty much EVERYTHING else you posted can really be attributed to a new team still learning a new system, which I mentioned earlier. If we continue the "Vanilla" that you complain about at the end of the year I MIGHT start to agree with you. Right now I just think you are being reactionary and are refusing to accept that we need to learn a new coaching system on both sides of the ball, and, unlike other seasons, had no offseason to do it.

Are you SERIOUS 8 of thos wins are against BAD TEAMS 2 of those wins are Houston, want to know why. We are coming of a bye after finding out what we did wrong, 2 weeks to study Houston, and the last game will be Houston and I bet it will be a game of the year for the AFC South and we will play like DEMONS.

    8-3 SIR THAT'S WHAT I MEANT

    Ok.
    You said:
    -Zero personality or creativity
    - Zero confidence on the sidelines

Personality- You have no idea what he says to players on the sidelines. You see only what the broadcast shows (about 1minute or less total for the game), HCs spend much of their time talking on the headset to other coaches.....and look at other coaches that don' show as much "fire" as you seem to want. As someone else said..... Belichick, Laundry, Knoll, Dungy, etc..... Did ok.

Creativity- what exactly are you looking for? Do you know the opponents schemes that are happening at that moment? We have thrown the ball more, gone for more 4th downs, etc....in the first 4 games than we ever have.

Confidence- when you are standing on the sidelines listening to every word he says..... Then make an argument. You have NO idea.

So, there you go......"by all means"..... Focused on all of your points for you.

Those coaches with no personality, Bill & Tony, had/have top 3 QBs ever. If our HC has no personality, our team will have none, and that is obvious. You can get away with being emotionless with top tier talent, we don't have that luxury.. so.. someone has to you know, motivate. I'm not seeing it.

Dungy also had quite a bit of success in TB with Trent Dilfer....Belicheat got his team to the playoffs with Matt Cassel, so your point again???

We have 8-8 talent, sooner you figure that out, sooner you'll get it.
