I don't think the running game will get going specially with no britt.

The key is for CJ to stay calm and try not push things I have the ravens game on Tvo and I saw 9 in the box almost the whole game and I know that's not an excuse but the Ringer
-6 yards vs denver really prove that the O-line is not at its best right now.

Let the other team try to stop the running game MH will have 1 one on ones all game long.

Our interior line is weak literally. Amano and scott are weak and both fitted for pass blocking not run blocking. Harris is better as a centet. Least he held up. Until we dont replace our middle line its not going to get fixed. Not alot anyways. Plus missing Hall hurts too

i agree that our Offensive Line isn't making very good holes.

but it doesn't really matter if they do or not............because even when they do somehow happen to open up a hole, it just looks like CJ is going through the motions this year. that spark is just not there yet. He basically just looks lost and slow. I was thinking it would take a couple games for him to get back up to speed. but he is not even showing 1 ounce of improvement.

This is exactly what I see as well... "going through the motions" is a good phrase to use. He looks like he is going through an OTA practice rather than a regular season... and he is not afraid to check himself out of the game. After the big sideline completion he was motioning to come out as Hasselbeck was trying to get to the line to run a play to negate a possible challenge. I just want to see him hungry like he used to be.... I want to see him complain about not getting enough carries... WANT it.

I forgot about his other stupid posts about being homeless and crap.

the scatback sure is comfortable with his piles of money and 'cup of cheese' performance

What scares me about the running game is without Britt, defenses will continue to key on the running game (maybe even more so)

Denver was straight 7 fronts most of the game. Clearly the unoccupied S came running in when they see the handoff, but that is the same with all teams.

I'm thinking the opposite if I was a DC. I would try and disrupt the Titan pass attack and make Tennessee prove they could run the ball.

No way he scores on this if he cuts back...#96 or whoever is behind him easily tackles him from behind...Roos does not have that type of closing speed to make that block.

Why does it matter if they "stack the box" or not? In 08 and 09 we ran on teams that stacked the box all the time. Our Wrs in 08 couldn't start on junior college team.

Most great RBs have to deal with that and most get yardage anyway. Putting 8 men up close the line of scrimmage is dangerous against a guy like CJ. A flat defense is more likely to give up a big play if he can get to the 2nd level.

If everybody is doing their job we will have success no matter how defenses play us. The man got 2009 yards running against stacked defenses all year.
