No I wont. I'll say welcome back and I was wrong. I never claimed he'd shake off the fear... I don't see him doing anything of the sort. If he has over 40 yards I'll be shocked. If he doesn't fall down with ease every time a Raven touches him... I'd be surprised.

    lol @ playing both sides.

I play one side to the EXTREME on pretty much every stance I make. That's why I play it that way. To show you where I stand so once it occurs or I'm right- there's no denying. Everyone knows where I stand on every topic I speak on. That's my thing. It's my point.

Vague isn't in my arsenal. Neither is balance. It's this or that. I'm wrong or right.

    But probably right.

CJ didn't get hurt on the play where they bent him over. It was two plays later that he got hurt and he didn't get back in the game after that.

Maybe we should trade CJ for Cedric Benson since he had 120 yards last week and apparently that means hes the 3rd best RB in the NFL and CJ is 45th. You would like that wouldn't you Deuce?

So everyone that doesn't play the homer card has to leave?
    I call BS on that.
What happens if CJ rolls up less than 50 yds this week? "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"
    BS on that too.
He could have showed up for camp and still got paid.

If he runs forward instead of waiting for something to happen? Absolutely.

I want an RB that moves forward. If CJ does that- great. If he doesn't- why would I pretend to like his lateral movement?...

I'm convinced most fans decide a player is god in their mind from an early stage and then feel nomatter what they do they're absolute greatness and can't be judged...

    Not me. Sorry.

Something concerns me.What if CJ takes longer than a few weeks to shake off the rust? He is seriously hindering this team and killing drives and that leads to us losing games.

What does the coaching staff do if lets say after week six or seven CJ is still mostly having games where he is only averaging 2 yards or less per carry.

Might get flamed for this but i've wondered how we would fare if maybe for a few drives we play Ringer and Harper and pound those guys for a while.

I'm just hoping we didn't pay Chris this gigantic contract only for him to go through a long drought where he doesn't contribute.

I doubt it takes six or so weeks for CJ to break a long run. I would like to see us complement CJ with a power run game (or how it really should be, complement a power run game with CJ) be that Harper or Ringer.

Just something to think about but does anyone know if Johnson's contract has any type of team option after a season or two. (Kinda like Peyton's does)

No, just the troll lion fans.

No one is disputing that. he very well could have done just that. He chose not to and instead held out whichi is very common in football. The sooner you stop crying about it, the better off you'll be emotionally.
