If it's fair to give CJ more money when he out performs his contract, then it's fair for him to have to give money back when he stinks, like yesterday.

NFL shouldn't give out any contracts. They should take all they money each game generates, and after each game divy it out according to how each player played that game. Those on the injury list just get a set flat rate.

    find a new team

dont blame CJ, blame the titans organization for not getting him into camp earlier so he could be ready. And blame the coaching. They continually run CJ inside , when he ran for 2000 yards and the good year before, everything was to his strengths, outside runs, screens, sweeps. draws, not half back dives up the centers arse. he is too fast for a crappy interior lineman. I know it says i dont have any posts but ive been a member of this site under other names before and i have read this forum for years. but if you want to root for another team, please dont hesitate. go root for AP and his 100000M $ contract.

Give me a break... It's not the Titans' fault that CJ wasn't in camp due to a holdout, and it's not the Titans' faults that CJ didn't come in prepared to play, when he could have come to camp and got paid. He wanted a vacation, he got it, and now everyone's paying for it.

I don't give "It Sucks" very often, I try to keep it respectful as possible...but that post just sucks.

I seem to remember Matt Forte having a pretty good day yesterday waiting for a contract. he put his selfish needs aside for his team, was in camp getting better and getting chemistry with his terrible OLine. CJ sucks, and we should just put him in the slot.

I don't think CJ sucks, at all.. but it's sad that we could have picked up absolutely any RB in free agency and they would have at least paralleled his performance, if not bested it.

I'm sure CJ will get better, but he did suck pretty bad yesterday. and no, the OL wasn't good, but CJ was average at best. I'm starting to really believe that RBs are very easily replaceable, even the good ones.

Here we go with the "our offensive line is terrible because CJ sucked" nonsense.

Our offensive line is top 5 in the NFL. They just played a good line. But our OLinemen aren't being off-season divas... so I'm willing to give them a pass. Afterall, any decent back in the league could have gotten 1500 yards the year CJ got 2k by the way they blocked.

Stop making excuses for the guy. He came in unprepared. Just like he did last offseason and it took him all preseason to finally get up to speed.

The O-Line got dominated all day and nothing you say will change that. Sorry.

Kenny Britt was the only player that looked like the real deal yesterday. The only bright spot.

The o-line was beaten, but last year when they were doing well that was still the same tired excuse for CJ...

If he'd actually hit holes rather than side-stepping on the give, he'd be fine. Damn sure would get more than 2.8 yards per carry or whatever he had.
