Reason # 1: Experience, I have observed these hold-outs play out for over three decades.
They always resolve right before the season if not sooner. This is no different.

I am confident of this and will make a sig bet in regard to your preposterous "last time he will be a Titan" comment.

Hindsight is 20/20, but... bet CJ would get no deal if we'd kept Blount.

My confidence in getting CJ back is waning...

Its EZ to get around cap. Give him a signing bonus and structure his contract yearly, wa-la: 13 mil per year. Besides if we cut Hope... 6.9 + 6.5 = 13.4

Regardless, he's not going to get 13/yr

I understand where both sides are coming from. But nobody wins when these guys just let it drag on like this.

And CJ should show up and collect his money.
Missing the majority of preseason is not the end of the world.

This is my take on it. We could have avoided this whole thing if the team would just make an offer. Who cares if he is in camp right now. Just get the ball rolling. GET THIS DONE!!!!

Sorry, it's more along the lines of how ESL is taught, not so much costarica on this one.

It's a pet peeve of mine. Probably stems from being an English major.

Johnson is seeking a deal that would pay him $39 million over the first three years, a $13 million average.
