If this guy is anything close to how you are talking about him he will be in the flipping HOF in a few years....

Of course if this guy was thgouht of as much as you think of him he might have been drafted year before and might even be on a roster somewhere.

IN all honesty he will have to be pretty good to make the Titans roster but he could be on the PS. I suppose he could beat out Haye and Clayton and get on the roster that way. All the power to him if he can upgrade DT for us.

The coaches told Haye they wanted him to get bigger and stronger and he showed up 25 lbs heavier and he is benching well over 400 lbs now. Reportedly, he was never benching over 315 before. Maybe he has finally dedicated himself to the Titans.

WHAT!!!??? He wasn't benching 400 lbs til NOW!?!? Holy Crap that's pathetic. Sophomores in college are benching 400lbs. I bench 400lbs. God damn what a loser he is, cut his @$$ NOW!!!!

Javon Ringer benches more than Haye. Wow.

benching 315 is not very good for a professional athlete, especially a lineman. Not that bench pressing makes or breaks you as a football player, but that is not good.

According to w.e source that is from, it says he is now benching well over 400. Doesn't mean he wasn't at 400.

I'm not saying Malcolm Sheppard is this greatest player ever to strap on a helmet, i'm saying the NFL is very unpredictable, it creates 1st. rd. bust and undrafted HOF'ers, Sheppard is a product of the Tracy Rocker system and knows him well, also Frank Bush was the Def/Cord. at Texans when Sheppard made their PS and impressed all the coaches with his work ethics and non-stop motor, he's been thru what the new rookies are just tasteing and he's played in about 6 NFL (speed) games, i at least have him above Klug and Clayton, the lockout didn't help them.

All I know is that Ayers will suck like he always has.

I pray he proves me wrong, but I've never been more confident about someone's suck... outside of VY. And that turned out well...
