    2011 TITANS ROOKIES....

Out of this list besides Locker i seem to think Casey could be the one who makes the most impact this upcoming season.i'm wondering what others see for this draft class this season and who you think has the most potential.Wondering Harper could push Ringer out of the job at RB.I've seen footage of Klug and he is certainly built different bodywise especially in the arms.

Jake Locker - I don't see him starting Week 1, he should lay back and take notes from Hass. I see him having a Tebow like rookie season, sit behind a vet then start in the last few weeks and dominate. So coming into year 2 Locker will have some playing time under his belt, and a solid mentor in Hass.

Akeem Ayers - Personally, I see Ayers getting alot of playing time this year. I think we'll start with 'Spoon - Ruud - McRath, but neither 'Spoon or McRath are good pass rushers, so when we do our "hybrid" look, Ayers will get playing time. Plus I'm sure one of our starting LBs will eventually get hurt. I see him playing in all 16 games, maybe a few starts. Then moving to full time starting in 2012.

Jurrell Casey - Casey will be the starting DT before the season ends, possibly when the season starts. So he'll be an impact player, but I'm sure we'll be rotating our DL alot. I'm excited to see what this can do, and think he'll shine for us in a couple years.

Colin McCarthy - Backup to Ruud and special teamer. I see Ruud having only one year with the Titans, and McCarthy taking over as full time starting MLB next year. Ruud is like Hasselbeck for Colin. I see Colin as a 100+ tackler in a couple years and a legit ILB.

Jamie Harper - Will beat Ringer out for the #2 spot, but will see limited touches. CJ gets 300+ carries, so Harper won't get a ton. But I think he'll make use of the touches he gets. Mostly short yardage and goalline formations, maybe a couple of TDs. I see Harper getting more and more carriers as the year goes on, giving CJ some rest.

Karl Klug - Very limited playing time, if any. Probably will be deep in the DL rotation, but he'll make the roster. I see him maybe appearing in a few games and having little impact. Maybe next year he'll get some more if we don't find better depth.

Byron Stingly - I don't see Byron making the roster, will probably be on PS year 1.

Zach Clayton - Will start out on PS, but will earn a roster spot. Our DT depth is subpar right now, and Clayton could earn some playing time if Marks and Haye underachieve.

Tommie Campbell - Likely PS player, probably won't see in NFL action year 1.

I think RB Jamie Harper can have a huge year if he stays healthy and holds the ball.

I'm excited to see Tommie Campbell. He's my sleeper pick for the simple fact that we need a SS and he's a 6'3 203 safety who runs a 4.31 40. No basis for my pick, just want to see him excel after what he's been through.

CJ is going to get the majority of the carries so I can't really see Harper making that big of an impact and unless he goes crazy on the touches he does get and earns more.

Hopefully they pull CJ on passing downs and put in a more capable receiver at the position, someone without brick hands. It's a shame, because he is so fast, but he is a liability as a blocker, and just short of useless as a receiver except for a few nice plays per year.

And I think they'll spell him a bit more this year. I would hope they wouldn't have drafted Harper without reason.

Wow! I strongly disagree! CJ uses great technique to make up for his lack of power when blocking. I think he's a fine pass protecting RB. I also like Palmer saying they will throw more to him with screens and such this season. C.J. has his best receiving season this year imo.
