Just because they have a lot of potential doesn't mean they're going to be good. Hawkins has shown some promise with his PT last year but I wouldn't be too quick to chalk him up high on the depth chart yet. He's been on the team for 3 years and has 19 receptions so not exactly moving up. I like D-Will, hopefully he can become a good WR for us over the next couple years. Mariani is mainly a return guy and has 0 career catches.

We have a really good WR in Britt and an alright WR in Washington. If Britt can't get on the field due to injury, suspension, etc. we're screwed.

Yes. Hated to see Vince go but glad with the recent signings. H-Beck I'm neutral on. Was very glad that we picked Locker, a mobile QB. Like the Ruud and Smith signing. All I'm waiting on now is a SS signing.

Pretty pleased with Reinfeldt so far. Not sure if its him or Munch but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Of course potential doesn't mean anything, but if they perform well in training camp there's no reason to go sign a guy like Braylon Edwards..... There's no reason to make a push for this guy because he's just another receiver who has had baggage in the past when we wasn't with a very good team and he has never lived up to his expectations that he had coming into the league. Besides him what other names are out there that you would want to bring in? Aren't many that I can think of ...... And as far as putting them too high on the depth chart, Britt and Washington are 1 and 2. Hawkins and Williams could definitely be third on the depth chart. If Britt is gone that's IF he is gone, then we should address the situation, but since we are the Titans all we will probably end up doing anyway is signing another 2nd or 3nd type receiver if he is suspended because there aren't any number ones out there in the first place.

I haven't seen D Will drop a ball yet. He should def be #2 on the depth chart this season.

I'm pretty happy. I hope we lock CJ up though, I'm afraid that if we don't do something soon, he won't want to deal with us.

Happy thus far. I want a SS signing and I want CJ locked up for a good 3-4 years.

As of right now, I'm content. Not amazed nor upset.

I would like to see CJ get some money and get his deal re-worked.
A vet WR signed, hopefully Derrick Mason.

The only other thing I would of liked to see is to cut Hope and sign a SS. There was alot of decent options out there, and we didn't sign one.

I don't want Mason at all. He has no future. Are we going to not play D. Will as the #2 just to make room for Mason? He isn't going to come here so he can sit the bench.

If we do sign a vet WR we need to find a guy who will be around a few years. Now if Mason wants less money and doesn't care about playing time (willing to just be the 3rd guy) and his happy as can be to help mentor the young guys and retire a Titan while keeping his mouth shut I'm OK with it.

Dwill probably won't be the #2, he'll probably line up in the slot.

    It's either:
    Britt - Mason - DWill - Nate - Mariani
    OR
    Britt - Washington - DWill - Gage - Mariani

    I'll take Option #1.

Has anyone heard we're officially interested in Derrick Mason or is this just a fan interest? Just wondering...
