    That's bull$#!t. Vince Young is the reason Vince Young is no longer here. Which is it man? Are they to be judged independently or is judgement on Vince Young dependent on Jeff Fisher?

    For what it's worth Jeff Fisher isn't here because of Jeff Fisher.

    Head coaches are seriously responsible for the development in talent. Especially if they can sign and choose as they please their coordinators and position coaches.

    No, it wasn't. The lack of a necessary environment for a quarterback(any) to grow was. Thankfully we now got some pieces in place ( Britt and Nate). We need solid offensive line play and build around the quarterback's strengths. Chris Palmer is alright.....can't just pick up a Norv Turner everyday. Also it wouldn't hurt to get Cookie starting. Solid tight ends are key to giving our QB a safety valve. See Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Philip Rivers, etc.

    Also, don't bench the kid if he has a bad game....it's going to happen.

    Also, don't demote your quarterback coach. He has 20 + years in that department for a reason.
