Yea all those QB's you listed are likely to be moved, but only Hasselbeck is a free agent, he's IMO our best bet.

DeAngelo Williams may end up in Denver with his old coach Jon Fox. Knowshon Moreno has shown nothing to indicate he's an every down back. Williams is, and Tebow could use that help.

I'd LOVE to get Sidney Rice. You've gotta think it's only a matter of time before Kenny Britt screws up again. I like Kenny a lot but also realize counting on him to be there every week is risky business. Maybe signing another capable No.1 receiver will send the right message to the immature Britt.

Bailey, and Asomugha are awesome, they'll sign where the $$ is, but also where they feel they can win now or very soon. We've already allotted a lot of money to the DB position, so I highly doubt we're in the running for either of their services. Chris Hope is due $6.5M, Cortland is due $3,293,000, and Griffin is due $3,310,500. Thankfully Verner is only due $405,000, that helps us big time.

I will also say this though; I am looking forward to seeing what the defense does this year, gray said that we will see more than the 4 man down scheme. If he can create a good defense that camoflauges and confuses the offence while getting to the QB with a variety of blitzes and rushes consistently, I will be excited!

If the Munch & Gray Administration can get the Titans back to having a "come on down to Nashville for your beating" kind of attitude and play with heart the whole game, then they will win me back.

You're right. He's signed thru 2014. No idea why I didn't realize that earlier. He WAS a FA for a lil while right...

I completely agree on the insanity of FA....IF a deal gets done here, it will be like a hornet's nest around a full coffee can.

I am not ready to jump for joy just yet. Over the weekend I listened to sports radio while cutting the grass. I think that this issue with the retirees may still bite the deal in the posterior. Now with the union decertified, the retirees have more leverage, and I get the sense that they will use it. I do not blame them if they do....they have been shafted for years IMO.

Regarding Titans...if we have a season I see it being fun to watch (hopefully no more weekly docudrama...), but I have low expectations. New Coach, new QB (as of yet unidentified), rookie QB....not exactly a recipe for a playoff run.
