No, but I know I am who I am and i have a JOB, and when I work my JOB I do it to the fullest and commit myself to MY JOB because I want to be the BEST employee and the best co worker. And it has everything to do with football when you have an image to keep.

Fine then compare it to Steve's first five years and see how much better it is. If it is not by much and Vince was already showing signs of being a better pocket passer but the way you post makes me feel like I'm arguing with a13 year old.

So there you go. Theres both of their first five year stats averaged. I think steve edged vince eventhough he had a little more playing time. That couldu also be a result of having a head coach that supports you from the start and always having eddie in your backfield I'm sure helped just a little bit.

Weak sauce. As much as I love Steve, the great "Air McNair" was held back too and had maybe 2 elite seasons (more like 1 elite and 1 very good) under Fisher's offense. And the first one didn't come until his 7th year.

Yeah, ignore the fact VY wasn't supposed to play his rookie year. Miserable stats? Yeah, ignore the fact those are actually good rookie numbers, ignore the fact he played with very limited offensive talent his first two years. Ignore the fact that when he got benched and actually got to play with CJ, his numbers are more like:

20 tds/9 ints, 3100 something passing yards, over a 90 qb rating. Pretty far from miserable actually.

In 07 we lost to a better team in the Chargers. It happens. Teams that are supposed to win actually can win, shocker, I know.

Does VY have growing up to do? No doubt, but don't act like he wasn't producing.

Who would have thought when the owner says we're searching for the next franchise qb, we're actually searching for the next franchise qb? Apparently that went over some people's heads on this board.

Today is a good day :D
