The Titans seem really interested in him.

 

Pretty similar. But I'm much higher on Cam than I am Kaepernick.

 

You taught me so well :moon2:. I posted that late last night was was pretty tired. I misspoke; I meant to say that scouts are clearly enamored with his physical attributes or "tangibles". Either way my point is he's very similar to VY. Many of the plays I saw him run at Nevada were identical to what VY ran at Texas; very "pistol" like. They both are running QB's, who are fast and have one read... if your primary receiver isn't open make a play with your legs. Sorry, but I don't want to draft a two to three year project... oh but wait, he has a 95 mile per hour fast ball, gimme a break.

 

Clearly this origination is too stupid to have learned anything from the Vince Young experiment... god help us. If he's there in the 3rd fine, but any higher and it's a complete waste.

 

I'm hoping our "interest" is just a smoke-screen.

I can't believe we're really that dumb.

 

Actually the VY experiment helps to justify picking Kap. VY is about 100 IQ points lower, has mental and emotional problems, a crappy work ethic and still was able to win games in the NFL. So we get a guy who is willing to work hard, is mentally stable and smart but has all the physical attributes of Young. Makes perfect sense to me.

 

So you're throwing away the glaring similarities they share on the field? Whatever makes you feel justified I suppose.

 

Not the same person or player for that matter. So we should shut the guy down as a draft possibility bc of some other players similar attributes. Yea, nice logic guy.

 

He may be smarter, but he's not half the player Vince Young was.

Seems like a wash to me.
