This draft scenario was constructed using a few mock drafts for player positions. Round three is a little bit of a prayer, hoping Carter,McDaniel and Rackley dont go in the second. But the other picks the players should be available. Someone on another site stated that this would be a dream, what do you think?

Titans trade 8th(1st)+139th(5th)picks to Chargers for 18th(1st),50th(2nd) and 89th(3rd). Chargers want either Watt,Fairley or Dareus.
    Titans pick value(1436.5)
    Chargers pick value(1445)
Titans trade Vince Young to the Miami Dolphins for 139th(5th)
Titans recieve 100th(3rd) pick in compensation.

    Draft

    18. Cameron Jordan-DE-Cali....We let Babin get a monster contract somewhere else, and draft a powerful LDE to pair with Morgan on the edges. BDPA. Getting bigger accross the front four is a must and starts here.
    Alternative- J.J Watt.

    39. Jake Locker-QB-Washington....Locker falls to us at 39 when we would have considered him at 8. Unlimited upside, arm strength and ability on the move have the Titans excited to take him here.
    Alternative-Ryan Mallett, Ponder, Kaepernick

    50. Marvin Austin-DT-UNC....First round talent and some much needed strength and bulk is added to our front line. Showed alot quicker at the combine than most thought and impressed during drills. Character concerns means he's there at 50.
    Alternative-Drake Nevis

    77. Bruce Carter-OLB-UNC...Two UNC guys in a row. Carter will probably go higher but injury concerns may see him drop to the top of the third. Strong tackler and is quick to catch up on pass plays.
    Alternative-Dontay Moch

    89. DeAndre McDaniel-SS-Clemson....To good to pass up on here. Came in slightly slower and heavier than thought at the combine. Generally poor Safety class, could see a couple of safeties go before him. Overall a third round prospect. Excellent coverage and solid tackler.Would pair nicely with Griffin.
    Alternative-Tyler Sash

100(comp). Will Rackley-OG-Leigh...Instant LG starter for us. Excellent strength and competitiveness. Could go higher, but would be a solid selection here for the Titans.
    Alternative-Stephen Schilling

    107. Greg Romeus-DE-Pitt.....Romeus comes in to add depth to our DE corp, as Babin and Ball will probably leave. Has a ton of potential but has some injury concerns.excellent size. Good pick up in the fourth.
    Alternative-Pernell McPhee

    139. Greg Salas-WR-Hawaii...With Moss going and hopefully Gage going we will probably add a vet and could take a WR late on like Salas. Solid prospect with toughness, speed and solid hands.
    Alternative-Cecil Shorts

    170. Lee Smith-TE-Marshall...No need to add a vet TE or one any earlier. Stevens and Cook are the guys next year but we need a development prospect. Good Blocking potential and has average hands. Big end zone Target.
    Alternative-Andre Smith

    201. Mario Fannin-RB-Auburn....Looking for a big back, this guy fits the bill, looked the part at the combine and just as good as higher rated guys. Worth a chance.
    Alternative-Roy Helu JNR[/img]

I'd be just fine with that. I don't really see us trading though. If anything I could see us trading back into the 1st but even that isn't very likely to happen.

I do love that you address all of our needs. I'd be stoked if we walked away with all those guys.

    Don't see that trade happening.

Last year, the Chargers traded up 16 spots in the first and all they gave up was a 2nd rounder (there were also some late picks involved, but they were all 4th rounders or later and the Chargers actually got more late picks than they gave up).

This year, you expect them to trade up only 10 spots and give up a 2nd and a 3rd? Not likely.

You are using an outdated pick value chart. It is no longer applicable in the NFL.

Pick 8 is worth a fair bit more than pick 12 last year, plus was there not a player involved in that trade as well.

Anyways I know its alot to give up but there may be a couple of studs available at 8 that San Diego would love to have. 18 really is a tough spot for the chargers all the top d players may be gone.

We could keep our 5th and they could keep their third but then the Titans would get short changed I reckon.

Like the Draft, the only thing is...

How are we getting a 3rd round comp pick? That will not happen.

    Haha. sorry man.

I'm big on all these guys and the first 6 picks would contribute from day one on our team.
