Everyone's list looks pretty good. I think I would put Matt Forte in there before a couple of those mentioned RB's.

 

McFadden will be the man next season.

 

Hes the most dangerous runner in the NFL. He avgs over 6 a carry, finished top five rushing despite not being the starter.

He hasn't been counted on to carry the load, until that happens he'll be behind guys like CJ, AP and MJD.

Side note, most of the guys on the initial list came out of the same draft. That 2008 draft was pretty spectacular for runningbacks.

 

Foster is excellent, if you consider where he was drafted. or was he?

 

That's why he had such a high average, put CJ in that role, and I guarantee you his avg would go up.

 

I would rather have had the Jamaal Charles/ Thomas Jones last year than just CJ.


I tried to fill out a top 10 and its just too difficult to separate the players.

I think AP,CJ,MJD are top3. Jamaal Charles, Stephen Jackson, Michael Turner all belong in the top10. I just can't really separate amongst the next tier running backs which are the best four.

 

Way to go on making the worst list of anyone so far. lol. Cedric Benson #11? CJ at 5? Remember when CJ came out and everyone said 'o well he has to do it more then one year to be legit.' Guess what... same goes for Jamaal Charles. CJ's first three years numbers are as good as any three year stretch in the history of running backs.
