Palmer comes to TN I just bet we see the the best (or very close to the best) QB numbers this franchise has seen since moving to TN.

Smart, experienced QB with an exceptional arm. No BS guy.
Knows how to beat playoff teams. Give the man an at least OK OL and some team-first receivers and the job will get done. The Bengals had both at one time and Palmer was very effective.

Carson has had to endure back to back to back seasons of just endless drama and he handled it with class and kept his mouth shut past the usual politically correct answers. He can make the throws, read defenses, and has a passion to win. Give him a reasonable supporting cast and he can make things happen.

My only question concerning him is the elbow surgery issue. Its been kind of hard to gauge his decline over the last couple of seasons, was it the elbow or his supporting cast?

Here's the problem. Carson Palmer ISN'T coming here. Apparently no one here understands how the Brown family is with their organization. They do not let players force their hands. There is a much higher chance of Palmer sitting out whatever season there is.

Here's something else I can't understand. Why are so many lobbying for him to come here anyway? Didn't we just announce were dropping the " cry baby diva? " Palmer quit on his team and organization. You want that here as well? Again? Interesting.

Haynesworth wanted the same thing and was ridiculed by the press. Both are getting paid to play. While Palmer is no Haynesworth, the motive is the same. They're not happy and they want out.

It's an interesting off-season because many of the "prospects" are not actual prospects according to their organizations.

if palmer comes here i am willing to bet our rookie could beat him out if it wasnt for the fact that our coaches would want palmer to mentor them....

i wouldnt want our rookie learning how to lose and be a scrub from palmer...

High fived to this part of the message. That's exactly the biggest issue here with the Palmer case, the owner/general manager/president Brown.

See the Ochocinco case back when he wanted to try to get traded to another team. The Redskins even came up offering 2 1st round picks for him and Brown flat out told them no.
