So uh... Durant outplayed Lebron today.

Wonder if I can use that like you did their last meeting?

If Durant did so, won, and stopped LeBron's game tying basket...go for it, my man. Oh, and thanks for reminding me, that would now be:

LeBron 3-0, Durant 0-3, too lazy to average the numbers right now, and there'd be no point, plus it'll save you a little bit of face. See, I can be kind.

Oh, and one last thing, remember this...
Not exactly a letter, but it'll do:

Durant says he "doesn't think he's on LeBron's level."

Stats only matter when it makes a convenient argument for Gloat. (not that it is in this case)

    Uhh... he clearly outplayed Lebron.

And yeah... 0-3. Blame his crappy teammates. It's a 2 man team vs a 3 man team...

    that's fair analysis.

And Lebron said he's not as good as Kobe before. Should we use that as some sort of clear example as to why Kobe is better than Lebron?

Durant is the most humble guy in the league. He's NEVER said he's better than anyone and in fact: He says he's better than no one.

In other words: your quote is stupid.

    I'll play Gloat.

He can't win with an MVP candidate on his team. He shot 35% from the field. Luckily, the refs decided to give him 19 attempts from the line. I guess they can't put the basketball in the basket for him, though. KD chokes again. Just another example of why Lebron is the best ever.

    Well done.

But you'll never see Durant embarrassed by random white kids at carnivals in shooting competitions or horse games like Queen.

How lebron the best ever? He isn't clutch at all and whenever the game is on the line he passes the ball. He is scared to miss. How many rings does the lebron have? And how is Westbrook a mvp candidate? There is no chance in hell he comes close to winning so that is a dumb argument. I'm guessing blake griffin and kevin love are mvp candidates as well?

The whole post was satire (I even said as much in the post lol, reading comprehension is your friend), but even so it was fairly truthful, actually.

You say he isn't clutch, I say show me the stats. By the numbers, he's the best closer in the last 5 minute in the NBA. If you want to narrow it to last 24 seconds or whatever, he's top 10. If you want to narrow it to shots taken as the game clock expires, maybe you have a point. Passing is irrelevant to how clutch he is. He played on a team where he was the only threat. They double/triple team so he passes the ball because it gives his team the best chance to win. How does that make him "scared"? Was Jordan scared when he passed to Paxson and Wennington for game winners?

He doesn't have to win to be a candidate. Comparing him to Blake Griffin and Kevin Love just shows your ignorance. He was considered the frontrunner about 20 games into the season, for example. Griffin and Love aren't even locks for the All-Star game. I might as well compare Kobe to Lamar Odom.

Russell Westbrook so far this year:
    22.4ppg, 8.5apg, 5.1rpg, 1.9 spg

How many point guards would you take over him right now? Probably Derrick Rose? Possibly Deron Williams? That's about the only people that could make the conversation.

I see Lebron as a modern day Magic. Not a great shooter, but can get to any position he wants, great passer, and has a chance to get a triple douple every single night. He is a LOT better on D than Magic.

Magic won with Kareem and Worthy. If Lebron can get a few titles, I think he has a chance to be top 5 all time.

Durant has some work to do if he is to catch that.

I completely agree on Westbrook. Everything goes through that guy on the Thunder.
