Okay but they both came late in the game when Fisher got pass happy, and only down by 3. Pass pass pass punt. Repeat.

Dude, get over your man crush with VY, Secondly, get over yourself that you have to resort to name calling because you cannot admit the truth that VY CANNOT and will never be a franchise QB. Anyone and everyone who knows football knows this so what does this say about you?

Amen KC. Fisher had it coming but Vinny drama quit again by running away afterwards.

    1. Why is that relevant?
    2. I've read this on this message board so many times yet no one has ever been able to prove that this actually happened.
    3. Yes, he did.
    4. You mean when Fisher wouldn't put him back in the game or when he walked out on Fisher in the post game locker room meeting? He was placed on IR - how is that quitting?

You cannot state that as if it is a FACT. It is your opinion. There are plenty of people that "know football" that think Young could become a franchise QB.

By the way, that article about Wilcots is just awful. So, a no-name, terrible, "analyst" doesn't like Young. Who cares?

    1. It's relevant because it shows he can't handle it when things are tough.
    2. Adam Schefter and multiple other "insiders" reported it after the Jaguars game. Take it for what it's worth, but there is a precedent for it.
    3. At least you don't argue the obvious.
    4. "I'm not quitting on them, I'm quitting on you."-- Vince Young. That's quitting.

Besides, happening one time is too many. I don't see why you would argue with any of it if you accept that he quit once. You don't refuse to go back in to a game because you got your feelings hurt by booing fans after you've thrown an absolutely atrocious interception.

If it all happened in one season early in hias career, I MIGHT be more forgiving, but it happened multiple times throughout his first three seasons and again in his fifth. The only two years he didn't quit were the two years he was handed the job by Bud Adams.

People keep bringing up Youngs record vs .500 or playoff teams. Most QBs dont have spectacular records vs good teams. Just this season Manning, Brees, Ryan, Cutler, and Rothelesberger combined for a 12-13 record vs playoff teams.
