That's some deep sh!+ right there. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. We'll never know what might have been. But it's still not too late to do the right thing and get rid of Fisher NOW.

I think many of you forget how BAD our defense is. There is no reason we have games where we cannot stop anyone. I am happy with our offense except for C.J., we need to split more carries, but our defense is so weak that we never have a chance to make a serious run. So if AH makes us better I say YES, but if not, we need to find a way to get better because the 11 we have now are not getting the job done.

Is there such a thing as Holmgrem-speak? I'll buy that when I see it.
Keep in mind that if Holmgren got The Titans a SB win that would be the first time ever a HC won a Super Bowl with two different teams..

How could we get Suh from Detroit? That's the only DT I want, and it would put a stop to all this Haynesworth talk. I know it's very very very unlikely the Lions are willing to listen to offers, but he's the only player who could instantly flip this terrible defense.

What would it take? Tony Brown, a 1st & 2nd round draft pick?

No disagreement here on the rating or talent...that is not now, nor ever has been, my problem with VY.

However, when talking about off field problems, you reference Vick, and I agree that he should have been given another chance. But what you do not mention is that he was given a MAJOR attitude adjustment (jail, bankruptcy, just to name a couple) by the public and law enforcement's reaction to what he did, prior to him coming back and having this MVP season.

As I already mentioned, I agree that Vick deserves another chance, but, the difference between the two here is that VY has not been given any reason to change his attitude yet. Bud enables the behavior, and Fisher is nothing but a crying baby (annoying, but manageable) to him at this point.

I would never suggest that VY's issues even come close to what Vick did, but, I am suggesting that, if he is to move to the next step in his career, he needs an "attitude adjustment" as well. Can that happen in Nashville?? Maybe, but not with the current environment of enabling his behavior here.

I think it would be a challenge that he would welcome.

No man, think about it. When Coughlin arrived in NY the Giants were a total undisciplined mess. Players boycotting practices, etc etc.
He stepped in and shook'em right and brought home a Superbowl.

But in NY it's "what have you done this year?" (unlike here) so they may let him go.

This team needs his discipline and knowledge of how to turn a team into a winner quickly.

Bring in Sheriff Coughlin, give him 3 years to bring the Lombardi to Nashville...we could do worse...

    He can do it...!

I can't argue against that. The man does have the hardware. You're right, we could do worse. I still want Holmgren but I'm open to any coach that will turn this thing around.
