As much as the article wants to point out who VY has and has not beaten, it fails miserably by not showing without him they lose to everyone including the scrub teams. It's another music city miracle that VY is 30-17 with Fisher as the coach.

Our boys have lost 5 of the last 6 games and that only win was against a team that has the worst satistical stats on defense in NFL history.

Fisher is the worst coach in the NFL (no close second) and has to be fired 30 seconds after the last game. Then lets see if he is hired 30 seconds after that. What a joke he is.

And before anybody talks about 2008 going 13-3. They went 10-0 to start that season and only played 1 team with a winning record. That was the 5-4 Chicago Bears. Even the Colts were 3-3 when they played. Their opponents record was 20-33 in those games. They went 3-3 after that to survive getting home field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs only to blow it to the Jets with a loss in the first playoff game. They ended up going 3-4 to finish that season.

the only reasons that matter to me are:

    1. No playoff wins since 2003
    2. 16 years as head coach (counting this year and not counting the half year when he took over), he has had 6 winning seasons. Bud has been much more patient with him then any other owner in the NFL would have been, it's time to move on.

Hey if dbc has gotten to the point that he says Fisher needs to go then I think that just about does her.

The head coach has coordinators he trusts. If every single play comes in and he has to change it chances are he's not going to have that guy calling plays.

"Mike Heimerdinger is one of the best game planners and play-callers I have ever been around."-- Jeff Fisher in the Heimerdinger article on ESPN.

Garbage. We rushed four almost exclusively in 2007 and 2008 when we had a top-five defense. And yes, I did play football, defensive tackle in fact.

Tony Brown had a bum knee before the season even started. William Hayes hurt his MCL in training camp. Derrick Morgan tore his ACL when an offensive lineman rolled up on his leg in the fourth game of the season. Sen'derrick Marks hurt his ankle when he was illegally cut blocked against the Texans.

Obviously all of those injuries would have been avoided had we blitzed more...

High ankle sprain+not being able to block+not being a strong special teams player= no PT
So you're calling out Fisher for benching a guy who should have been benched? Where are YOUR reasoning skills?

KFC scored a td and almost scored another one after the onside kick. More than VY did in three quarters of work.

The head coach has no salary cap control. That was the year we lost Kearse, Rolle, Mason and George because we were $30 million over the salary cap. Thank you, Floyd Reese.
Jeff Fisher has control over what writers write in their articles, I forgot.

It's not even that I'm trying to defend Fisher, I'm trying to defend logic.

Your logic is flawed and despite the VY situation your one of the very, very, very few people still supporting Fisher. The fans are still divided on VY but everybody's pretty much made up their mind about Fisher.
