Bud Adams isn't worth the headache.

 

There would be a few coaches from Fisher's staff I'd hope to retain. D-Line coach Jim Washburn, Secondary coach Marcus Robertson, and O-Line coach Mike Munchak. ALL the rest can hit the road with Fisher. I'd also see if GM Mike Reinfeldt wanted to stay. I feel he's done a good job giving Fisher quality players. Another thing I'd change would be the college scouting department. I feel like we over evaluate almost all of our draft picks.

Bench Amano and start Velasco(see what he has, he looked good in dallas)
In the Offseason Main Priority is to get CJ some help on the offensive line....Find a huge DT to plug the hole and draft an LB who is efficient in pass coverage.

--> Re-do the coaching staff: Holmgren is the H/C. Get Ron Rivera or a legit D/C that understands coverage. Keep Munchak and Washburn.. and Heimerdinger if he wishes to return.

--> Release the following players: Bo Scaife, Donnie Nickey, and Kerry Collins.

--> Bench the following players: Chris Hope and Eugene Amano.

--> Trade a 4th Rounder for Albert Hayne$worth -worth the chance ('Skins just wanna get rid of him).

--> DRAFT: SS, C, QB, DE, OLB (in that order)

--> Resign the following players: : Tulloch, Harris, Babin, Thornton (for cheap), and Ford. No to Randy Moss unless he takes a big paycut.

--> Sign the following free agents: Mike Tolbert (#2 PowerBack), Richard Marshall or Johnathan Joseph (an elite CB to pair with Finny), Matt Hasselbeck (small $ deal) (vetQB, teams with Holmgren. Helps VY and the 3rd round rook and Rusty), one of the good TEs in the FA class $ (Vernon Davis, Zach Miller, or Kevin Boss), a decent OLB for depth.

--> Re-Adjust the Depth Chart: Hope no longer starts. Britt - Washington - Williams - Gage as the WR core. Babin & Morgan start DE. FA CB/Finnegan/Verner/McCourty @ CB

0% chance we get Mike Tolbert or Vernon Davis... and I don't see anyone in there who we'll get.

I would start with the players, any of my players seen having bad body language would be fined. If my players had more than 3 offsides in a game i would make the whole team do extra reps in the next practice.

Any WR missing his route would stay over late in practice running routes over and over.

Any player giving up on a play (like Moss did on Sunday) would be benched for a period of time and will work extra in practice.

Any player who causes nonsense penalties would be benched and would make the team work extra in the next practice while he watches with a Gatoraid.


Then after the season was over, I'd replace Chuck Cecil and find a new Coach to replace Mike when he leaves. Then i'd start collecting a bigger defensive line and build a big defense. I'd make Run Blocking a main priority, if you cant block for Cj and the QB then get off my team.

I'd move Mariani to TE, and replace Gage with D Will. I think i would cut Cook and Bo Scaife and keep Stevens.

I'd draft another WR/Punt Returner.

Then I'd do what ever it took to land a top 5 Passing QB in the draft.
