    Yes it does!

If Smith comes in we have no chance of winning. Young in the shotgun can still be effective, but you can't build your entire gameplan around that.

Stop and think for just a second.

We have a capable backup QB in Collins, and can win this game with him as the QB.

You'd seriously risk further injury to VY by playing him and risking him down the line despite having KC? You're crazy. No, Collins is good enough to win this game. If worse comes to worst and Collins goes down, then VY is there as an emergency option because Rusty Smith just isn't ready to take NFL snaps yet.

VY doesn't play unless he has to. The only situation he has to is if KC gets hurt.

According to Fox's Jay Glazer, Vince Young has drawn sideways glances from teammates this week for his slow recovery from a sprained ankle.

Young didn't stick around Titans headquarters to aggressively rehab his ankle injury during the bye week. Some of his teammates believe he should have been healthy enough to play in a big Week 10 game at Miami. Young is still the unquestioned starter when healthy, but it's disturbing that his leadership and commitment are still being questioned inside the locker room.

can't believe in 20 minutes we'll see Moss in a game as a Titan!

So excited! Hope Collins plays well.

Also be interesting to see CJ against the phins d. I wonder if they constantly double Moss?

What if we're winning by 24?

Hypothetical extremes are useless, and so is this argument. You're arguing what? That he's active but not starting. If you have an issue with that, then you either 1) Want him to be inactive for whatever reason, or 2) Want him to start despite being injured. The first is just irrelevent, and the other is unfair to VY.

Our starting QB isn't healthy enough to start. These is a difference between being healthy enough to start and healthy enough to see game-time as an emergency reserve. That's the bottom line. The only reason he's the backup is because Rusty Smith isn't ready yet.

and if you knew no matter what that collins was gonna get the start would you be happy and think its fair if your healthy enough to play! Fisher is just using this "injury" as a cover up!
