Pretty sure CJ started buying in to the hype and feeling himself a bit too much over the offseason.

    Better train this offseason.

To me it looks like he is hurt. He doesn't have the explosiveness right now. Maybe the thigh bruise is bothering him. At any rate he needs to reduce his carries. He is taking a pounding and there is nowhere to run. Maybe get him more passes so he can get some space.

    Today.........

    15 carries, 59yrds, 3.9ypc, 1 td, 29 longest

subtract the 29 yarder and you have 14 for 30.....2.1 ypc.

yep, lets make him the highest paid player. Ringer can post these type numbers.

Well what is it 8-9 in the box or bad blocking? If there are too many guys to block you can't blame the line.

Actually teams don't have to use 8 man fronts to stop our run because the down linemen are beating our line. So in my opinion it is our inability to create running room and clean up the line of scrimmage that is why we are not running at all.

CJ is the problem if they feel that because he is only 195 lbs they can't run quick hitting dive plays and line buck type plays. Then he is the problem. We just need positive yardage even if it is only 2 yards. Negative yardage running plays are unforgivable and they are not only occuring against 8 man fronts.

Counter treys just are not working because he can't even get to the line.

Really frustrating that our passing game has been so explosive the last 2 weeks and you would think that would open up the running game. Obviously has not.

I feel like if you don't watch the game, you're not a true fan, and therefore don't deserve the right to argue with anyone about the game or any player on this team.

How did USC do against Oregon? Just wondering.. :ha:

Yeah, it truly does feel like a "we've seen this type of thing before" situation.

yall are retarded!!!! Really want ringer to play over CJ?? haha funniest thing ive heard all year!!! CJ went up against the number 1 defense right there, that td run he made, no one else in the league could have made that play!!! CJ's fine if britt was to play the whole game, that game would have gone a lot differently! Once he went out they started stackin the line and gave our passing game no respect!

Scaife is not 100% and yes Cook should have played more for that reason. They ran that wheel route just for him and it worked great.

So now suddenly Amano is another Harper or Thompson?

So blame MR for offering him a $5M a year contract.

Who is the stud center that Fisher is supposedly keeping on the bench?

I'm not saying adjustments can't be made but they know how every guy grades out for every game.

It's not just Amano it is Amano and Harris as a tandem. Both are getting beat. Roos hasn't done a great job at run blocking either and Scott has only been average.

Simple minds always look for simple answers to a problem.
