#3 WR: Gage or Williams

I haven't seen enough. I think Williams is a good player and made some good grabs but I still don't get the Gage hate around here.

 

Let me first start by saying - WHERE THE FREAK IS HAWKINS AT THIS YEAR!!!!? I was happy with what I saw late last year and into this years training camp. But he's obviously missing something not to get more opportunities. Now Williams on the other hand is doing about what I expected from him. It takes a while for rookie WR's to grasp certain concepts, so no surprise he's now getting his feet wet 5-6 weeks into the season. I think my feelings have been made clear on Justin Gage. So let's sit him for Williams and the upside there.

 

I think Gage is behind Britt and Nate.

The slot position is share by Nate, D Will,Mariani and Hawk.I agree with titans jeff we will see him in some packages.
Specially if Collins plays Gage will see more playing time.

 

i like Britt starting, he seems not to pout and play harder when he starts. typical Diva

But I do like what i've seen from DWilliams, especially the fact he's picked up the playbook and is reliable, something we can't say about Hawkins who seems to be passed up by every WR on the squad. I'm all for every one of our WRs, I like Gage, and I think he can make some good plays for us too. I want to see more Nate in the slot with Gage and Britt outside.

 

Williams, the last thing Gage did that was worth mentioning was the circus catch against the 49ers last year.

 

Gotta go with Williams. Gage has been solid for us, but he's on his way out. His contract is up after this year and I don't expect him back.

Williams runs great routes, has solid hands and has a knack for getting 1st downs.

 

If the coaching staff gives Gage back his starting job when he's healthy i'm going to throw up
