Don't forget, Deuce is the only one capable of understanding these complex connections, and everyone else must just be too dumb to understand how they're the same if they disagree with him. Any time any animal dies, for any reason, in any way, it's always the exact same ethically. Right?

Alex, while I agree that Vick has done his prison time, and isn't required to be punished by the State any further, that doesn't, for me at least, just mean it's like we all should forget what he did and start over. He should have the opportunity to re-enter society and the NFL, but he'll still have to spend a long time showing that his punishment actually changed who he is. While I won't clamor to send him back to jail, I don't think I could ever like the guy again.

You're right. I can't determine the difference in killing vs killing. Or... I just don't make excuses for my reasons. Hmmm...

I said "they're just dogs" because people act like he killed a family or something. He killed viscous dogs.

I like dogs, but I'm not going to break down in tears like many of you probably did because some died. Meanwhile, you're caring nothing about bigger issues. But noooo spiiiikkkeee nooooo!!! So upset over dogs?

It's all perspective, but we know: Mine is right and yours isn't. That's the rule.

So you wouldn't care how you died? Would you rather take a bullet to the head (quick and painless) or get tortured to death? Dead is dead right so it really shouldn't matter which option you pick.

And the whole hamburger argument is totally stupid. Raising beef cattle isn't animal cruelty. I have a friend who's a farmer and I've seen the farm where my butcher gets his meat from, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the way those animals are treated. Sure they die but they're beef cows that's pretty much all they're good for is food.

just impressed you have a butcher. Been 18 years since I had one of those. Bought a nice steak from Krogers a few years ago, asked the 'butcher' to slice it the way I wanted and you would have thought I had popeyes or something. He did it but no way I was ever going too ask again.

Yes because you can read minds and know that not a single poster cares about any bigger issues.

And you have to be a bit effing crazy/heartless to be a butcher. We all know that.

It's a football forum. The only reason there are 2 lengthy threads regarding dog killing is you.
