Very true. I do like Campbell and hope he does well in Oakland but he isn't near as good as VY. He was doomed to fail in Washington and poor guy goes from worse to worser when they sent him to Raider-Nation.

    Poor kid.

IDK where everyone gets this notion that VY is so much better then Jason Campbell. JC has put up better numbers then Vince every year playing for a garbage team. He's never thrown more INT then TD in a season and averaged 3,500 yards the last 2 years. He's clearly a better QB then Vince at this point...

I seem to remember Kerry winning 13 the year before when we had a good D.

JC has better stats than VY in almost every single category for their careers.

Yeah but Vince has that "it" factor that I keep hearing about. :wink2:

    Quite frankly this is "it".

Vince can make "wow" plays, and there aren't a lot of players in the league that can do that. We are fortunate enough to have two on offense. If Vince's consistency and decision making improves, as it started an uptrend last season, he can be among the most valuable in the league at QB considering his run + pass ability.

Campbell also fumbles and gets sacked more often, I'm sure a few are on him and not the O-line. And he's not as good a runner.

I do think Campbell is good and the Raiders could contend in the west even this season.

All that matters is the W column.
I don't care how he does it, as long as it ends in a win.

Well i hope "it" takes us to a super bowl. I would rather have whatever "it" is that Manning, Brees, and Brady have myself, instead of a runner.

What does Vince have to do to prove that he's a winner?

How many bad games have you seen Vince play? Anybody? The answer is not many. He had a bad preseason, one bad game and then got pulled. KFC fubled twice last year in clutch situations and was never able to carry the team, he simply managed.

Vince can be clutch when he's focused and prepared. KC and Jason Cambell...no.

What the hell are you talking about? The titans have averaged 9.4 wins a season since 1999 when they became the titans. We have been to the post season 6 times and the super bowl. That's despite 2 significant injury years and the cap hell of 2005.

How many games have the mighty big market jets won averaged in that time?

I'm sick of people writing as if we are the damn Detroit Lions. Where do you get that? And why in the hell would we want to be like Philly or New york? Hell i remember when it was assumed that Tom Coughlin would be fired and he wasn't and won a super bowl.

What is fisher's record against Coughlin anyway?

We have not had a losing season since 05 but posters write as of that is all we have done is lose. I'm sick of that..
