    Eh? Far more comparisons-

Fairly boring environments. When inside, the rooms all look bland and the same (like Halo buildings). The shooting. Tink! Tink! Tink! Like shooting enemies with a water pistol. Headshots are weak. Feels like there's no power to any of the weapons. They just shoot and stuff falls over.
Same stiff characters/movements. Same type of "deep" story that's just average really but drug out to pretend to be interesting. The enemies are lame in both- though Mass Effects arent as bad. The voice acting... oh man... the voice acting. Both pretty terrible there. Neither are anything like Gears. Gears = badass looking enemies that look like they want to hurt you, with good weapons. Your shots seem to have power. Pow! Head flies off. BOOM shotgun melts someone to taco meat- but it's not just the gore. The weapons just feel strong. Not like water-pistols. The voice acting is actually good. The story is as basic as possible- but the characters have decent dialogue.

Anyway- I was mostly comparing it due to it being another waaaay over-hyped psi-fi game. Both are playable and ok games- just not 10s. I think most of this is due to Microsoft/360 fans building the games up since they're exclusives.

I know it probably sounded like I was just bashing the game, but they're fairly small complaints- just good comparisons to each other (I think).

And I have stopped playing. Momentarily, at least. I got Assassin's Creed 2 for 20 bucks on ebay and playing it for about an hour last night leaves me thinking ME2 will probably be in the case for a while. This one's actually fun.

Funny, the game I would compare ME2 to the most is Gears of War or at least the first 30 minutes I played before getting bored with it. Probably why I'm not so keen on ME2 either...

ME2 and Creed 2 were the best RPGs Ive played to date, Creed took me about 4 days I believe, ME2 took 3. Thats not skipping anything either, and Im pretty close to 1000 gamer points on both, cant wait for the 3rd of each, both were created to be Trilogies, but something tells me Creed wont stop at 3

    Creed isn't an RPG.

Yeah. Creed is a crappy band, not an RPG.

So I finished all my PS3 must plays (Heavy Rain and God of War 3) and now put all my focus into Mass Effect 2.

Damn it is a good game. I've met Garrus again and recruited Morlin Soldis (spelling). They've improved the inventory and the loading still sucks, but better then before.
