Texas basically started their freshman QB.

    I never said losing a QB equals losing an RB. I said that top college football teams have depth at key positions--especially one like QB.

    I got over it pretty quick. My wife took it much harder than I did. However, you're not a UT fan so I wouldn't expect you to understand, just one of those whiny antiSEC fans who'll find any reason to argue. Pathetic.

    So if Florida lost Tebow, they would have had the same sort of season? Or... are they not a "top college team"?
    We saw what happened to Oklahoma with Bradford- same thing happened with Texas- just on the worst night possible.

    No team can overcome that. If they do- their opponent should just give up.

    The gap between McCoy and a Junior/Sophomore who has had two or three seasons mopping up in those Texas blowouts and getting work in practice is quite a bit less of a drop-off than going from McCoy to a TRUE FRESHMAN.
