Uh may be i used the wrong word. I should have said rumor mongers like you should not be allowed to run their mouths without challenge.

    How about that..

Its a free forum feel free to post your desperate house wives tales, but dont expect the rest of us (well i will be specific, "me") to let you get by with those ridiculous lies you made up.

Uhh... actually if you exercise for years, your muscle mass isn't going to change unless you do something extremely drastic to your training program.
Instead, with a change in your diet you'd just start losing the fat. BURNING more calories than you're taking in- and sorry, burning calories has nothing to do with muscle.

Losing fat is a CARDIO solution, not a muscle mass gainer. Fire your personal trainer immediately.

... and I suppose Lendale was "starving himself" while at USC also, eh? He's never been cut and never will be so thinking he's going to look like Chris Henry because he worked some fat off without starving himself is comical to say the least.

First off i have not insulted you. I have called into question your logic and the vein of your posts but i have not insulted you.
Lets examine the obtuse line of reasoning you use.

WTF!!!!! How in the hell do you expect me to answer that? You have just posted statistics that expose your own twisted sense of logic.

And what really sinks in the point is that you are the one who brought up AP.(you could have chosen some one who plays a similar role to White but you chose to bring up AP not me)

So infact it is you who chose to discount LW's unique situation when you brought up a running back who actually fumbles more than he does by a factor of almost two.

Again this is the twisted logic of the same person posting fairy tales about lendale White ghost fumbles (the only one he can apparently remember going back to 2007) Apparently you want us to focus more on this aspect of lendale whites game but forgot the factual anecdotal evidence of a multitude of the running back you yourself cited. I gotta give you credit you have big giant cahones to try and pull off something like that. How in the heck you thought that huge load of crap was gonna get by, defeats me!

Actually losing possession of your fumbles doesnt really bode well for AP. Because you are making the bone head assumption yet again that when AP fumbles the ball, its never a negative play. You want us to assume that he always recovers the ball, with postive yardage and doesnt cost his team a valuable down.

Sorry but i have been watching way too much football to let you bury the truth behind stats. Some of those balls he has fumbled have led to loss of yardage, loss of downs, change in field position, probably even cost the team points. Those lets can that nonsense about him not losing as many fumbles as lendale white does.

In 3 short years the man you chose to bring up as your shining example has actually fumbled more than lendale white who you originally said "fumbles alot" no matter which way u cut it. This argument was specifically about fumbling. You chose to bring him up not me!!!! So take your medicine!

And i still dont see what Cris johnson has to do with anything. Ok so CJ doesnt fumble as much as white or even AP for that matter?

What the hell does that have to do with the fact that compared to the whole league, lendale whites 7 season fumbles are still a very low number that no one in their right mind can claim is a high number of fumbles.. (Specifically no one with even half a brain citing another running back with 19 fumbles in even a shorter period of time)

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying (if so, I apologize) but you can indeed lose muscle mass if you drastically change your diet and/or do much more cardio than usual, even if you are still lifting just as often as you were before.

Ask any body builder who goes through "bulking" and "cutting" phases. They will pretty much all tell you that they notice a loss in strength when cutting, even though they may look much more defined.

You still don't get it. It's not about him gaining muscle. It's about him losing the muscle he had.

    This was White at USC:

That's what he had buried underneath his fat last season.

Btw.. earlier i made a comment about White being the best redzone threat in the NFL..

I appears i was wrong MJD has better numbers.. He is definitely better numbers than white. But i would like to point out he isnt starting behind one of the best running backs in the league. Lendale white did have comparable numbers in 2008 scoring 14 tds t 11 for mjd (white had more carries though) in the redzone.

good numbers by both backs. Matter of fact those are great numbers.

Now picture how bad jaguar fans would be ripping Jack del rio if he benched MJD like fisher benched lendale white. That whole state would be in a state of uproar now wouldnt it. jack del rio would probably be swinging by a tree if he tried something that moronic..(but jeff fisher apparently gets a pass for doing some of the dumbest thing coaches have done in the last decade)

All your posts consist of one, a few at the most misguided points, and a whole lot of nonsense, much of which are insults. Like I said, desperate.

I still don't get your point here. I said Lendale fumbles the ball a lot, and he does. I know you'd love to just compare career to career, but it doesn't work that way. Hell, if we use your logic, Javon Ringer is blowing Lendale White and Chris Johnson out of the water. He's never had a fumble in his career!!!

Of course White has lost less fumbles than AP. His rookie year, he barely touched the ball. The following year, he started every game, and lost five. The next year, he had limited carries, but still lost two. This year, he's barely touched the ball, but lost a fumble anyway. AP has taken the bulk of his team's carries since being drafted. Again, I didn't say he fumbles more than AP. I said he has a fumbling problem, and he does. I used AP in comparison because he's been chastised for his fumbles, which are somewhat comparable to White's, especially in comparison to fumbles lost.

Chris Johnson is far more relevant in this discussion than Adrian Peterson. He's White's teammate and is the far more viable option as far as not turning the ball over. His inclusion in this discussion makes far more sense.

You're really going to compare White to MJD?
