college football :grrr::grrr::grrr::grrr:ed it up again.

they schedule boise state and tcu against each other in the fiesta bowl? no one wants to see those two play each. we want to see how they stack up against the big boys.

thanks college football, for your inept system and for not making any sense.

I agree. I wanted to see TCU against Florida. TCU will destroy Boise State.

The BCS is hiding teams like Iowa and Georgia Tech from being beaten by Boise and TCU. They also eliminate at least 1 more undefeated team so that way there is less of an argument for the national championship. Fact of the matter is they turned away 3 teams despite going undefeated, there's no argument you can make to defend that. I just don't see how having a 10 team playoff would harm anything. The big argument is the BCS games make money right? How the hell would 5 games make more money than 9 games? It wouldn't.

I got bored and made a 10 team playoff bracket and what it might look like. All results were determined by a coin flip so don't take it seriously, just wanted to fill it out.

    10 Iowa @ 7 Oregon

    9 Georgia Tech @ 8 OSU

    ---------------------------------

    10 Iowa @ 1 Alabama

    6 Boise State @ 3 TCU

    8 Ohio State @ 2 Texas

    5 Florida @ 4 Cincinnati

    ---------------------------------

    3 TCU @ 1 Alabama

    8 OSU @ 5 Florida

    --------------------------------

Alabama vs. OSU at a neutral field

    Winner: Alabama

That's 4 more games and meaningful ones at that, an undisputed national championship and better matchups. I don't see how anyone can oppose it.

BTW check out this disgusting propaganda filled site: www.playoffproblem.com

Like how OSU still can't even beat an SEC team in a coin toss game.

    it's really not that hard.

first, every conference needs to have a championship game. some minor rearranging of the conferences would be needed, but it wouldn't be that hard. boise state can join the big ten, giving them an even amount of teams and notre dame can join the big east.

take the 6 conference winners and let the other 4-6 highest ranked teams be the lower end of the bracket. play on from there.

    so hard, i know.

Notre Dame joining a conference is one of the signs of the Apocalypse. They're still stuck in the college football stone-age.

then they can run the risk of being at the mercy of the bcs ranking while the other teams have a championship game to determine if they make the playoffs, it's their call.

5/11 BCS Champions are SEC teams. The last 3 BCS Champions are SEC teams.

It's will be 50% of BCS champs SEC. (although alabama disgusts me)

    But...

Riiiiiight, not even worthy of a TOP 5 ranking.
