  2. Yes. It was bad timing and in poor taste but he should not be fired for it.

  3. No. It was just self-depreciating humor at a charity event.

You're obviously a horse shoe head, so I wouldn't expect anything different from you, but it's not just a "freakin' jersey". It's what it represents along with Fisher making the "I want to feel like a winner" comment to go along with it.

I know that everything is peachy in your 5-0 football world, but when your team goes down 0-6 and just got publically humiliated we tend to be a little sensitive over crap like this.

AGAIN for all of you preaching to us that for those of us that don't like what Fisher did need to re-evaluate our lives or whatever, we have no beef with Fisher supporting Dungy and trying to welcome him to Nashville. We have a problem with the way he did it. He could have chosen to do something else, but instead added fuel to the "freakin we suck" fire...

No, I wouldn't care...because it's a joke. I'm a mature adult who knows how to handle these situation. It's a joke. Get over it and get over yourself. Get your priorities in life straight and worry about what actually matters.

No...it's still just a freakin' jersey and you're still overreacting to a simple joke.

Why don't you worry about what actually matters, instead of things like the Jags moving...;)

You wanna talk about Priorities? How about winning a ball game and not trashing your own team. That should be priority number 1

I'm not worried about them moving. They are already well on their way...hence the reason why I'm not worried.

If you look over my past posts...you will see that I have a great deal of respect for the Titans players, coaches, and fans. It is rather unfortunate that a few of you would embarrass yourselves by whining about this jersey issue.

Why do you even care about them moving? Don't you have better priorities in life? Why aren't you out working for world peace instead of spending your time in a Titans fan site telling us how we should live our lives...:)

    Hypocrite...

This is no big deal, but do you honestly think it would hurt JF feelings to get let go by Bottom line Bud. Bud is just barely a step above Al Davis. Except Al Davis has a SB ring. Dud never will.

To the morons* that are telling everyone to calm down and reevaluate your priorities:
None of you understand the context of this.
People aren't so pissed off that he wore the Manning jersey itself. They are upset about the timing of it. What part of that do all of you fail miserably to understand?
I personally think it's kind of amusing to a point, but now was not a good time to do that. On Fisher's part: Good initiative. Bad judgment.
Another thing all of you don't understand, Perception is reality. I repeat, Perception is Reality. How is this little stunt of his being perceived by many? Not very postitively.
Example, you can tell a woman at work that she looks nice in the dress she wore today. You could be intending it as a simple, innocent compliment to her. However, if she in any way perceives your comment as being 'pervy', your arse will be in HR so fast, your head will spin.
You have to look at the bigger picture here. It's not necessarily how you will perceive it as an individual moreso than how the general public as a whole will perceive it.
I'm shaking my head in disbelief from having to explain common sense to some of you.
*I'm not trying to be insulting per se, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the ill timing of this stunt.
